Facilities

We’d be happy to welcome you to our facilities at Thunderbird Horse Center. Our facility is located just 5 minutes south of Brandon, Manitoba on Highway #10. We are one hour north of the International Peace Gardens and U.S. border. Thunderbird Horse Center is also just minutes from the Brandon Hills Conservation Park, home of approx. 50km of trails.

We offer a fully equipped facility that serves a variety of disciplines. Our facilities are available to rent for clinics and competitions. We’ve hosted everything from cattle fitting and miniature ponies to dog agility and extreme cowboy challenges. With onsite camping available, we offer a great venue for hosting your event. Thunderbird Horse Center has recently added campsites with 50 amp electrical service, sewer and water. Stay onsite and have easy access to our lesson and training programs.

We offer year-round training with these conveniences:

1. Indoor picadero (Indoor square pen, located in the insulated part of our barn. It stays above freezing all winter)
